After taking a look at the ingredient list for T-360, we were surprised to only see 4 nutrients included in this supplement; the best test boosters on the market usually contain around 8-9 ingredients to fuel your T levels.

However, we’d rather have less than 10 nutrients in a product, rather than it being filled with numerous ineffective products. As a result. we’ll be taking a close look at whether Scitec have chosen their ingredients carefully after consulting scientific studies – or whether they’ve added in ingredients that’re believed to work, but haven’t proven themselves in case studies.

Tribulus Terrestris Extract

Well, tribulus terrestris is a perfect example of this; it’s a herb that gained attention for it’s ‘supposed’ ability to increase your testosterone levels. However, since then, scientists have taken a deeper look and found it didn’t work.

Now, the problem is, not many people actually check the studies to see whether ingredients work or not. Because of this, companies still add popular nutrients to try and fool those that aren’t as well informed as the rest of us.

Not only that, tribulus terrestris has shown to cause a possibly harmful side effect – increasing the weight of your prostate.

As a result, we recommend that you avoid supplements containing this ingredient.

L-Arginine 

If you’re not a keen user of supplements, then you might not have heard about L-Arginine before.

Basically, all you need to know is that L-Arginine plays an important role in your body, to promote nitric oxide production. However, it doesn’t have the same effect when orally supplemented due to having a poor absorption rate.

What does this mean? Answer: L-Arginine is mostly ineffective when consumed in supplements.

However, they should have done their research and known that L-Arginine wasn’t the best addition to T-360 here.

In case your wondering, citrulline malate is the best nutrient that’s proven to raise your nitric oxide levels in supplements.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine 

This is a form of l-carnitine that’s actually a key addition to any pre-workout supplement; basically, it’s shown to reduce muscle damage and fatigue, while improving your focus in the gym.

However, as it has no effect on your testosterone levels or libido, we don’t consider acetyl-l-carnitine to be a key T-Boosting ingredient.

Ultimately, we would have preferred to see a proven nutrient such as Vitamin D3 (vitamin d3 is actually a hormone and one of the best test boosting nutrients available).

L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate 

Right, so you know that acetyl-l-carnitine isn’t really needed in a test booster. Well, l-carnitine-l-tartrate is simply another form of l-carnitine.

What does it do? Answer: it’s not much different to acetyl-l-carnitine, so you can imagine that it’s not really needed here either.

As a result, this is another ingredient that we believe should have been replaced with vitamin d3.

Considering T-360 only contains 4 main ingredients, Scitec Nutrition haven’t done well to choose them here. This is worrying, as it shows a lack of research by Scitec, and a company as reputable as them shouldn’t make these mistakes.

As a result, we recommend you to stay away from supplements containing tribulus terrestris (especially as studies have shown that it doens’t work).
