Super HD Review
There is little doubt that losing those last few pounds can be the hardest – so that is where fat burners can come into their own.
And from Cellucor comes Super HD, which aims to not only help you burn fat but to improve your mental focus at the same time.
Super HD contains a powerful ingredients list – and although some of it is listed out in proprietary blends, it does include green tea, yohimbe and caffeine.
Ingredients and how they work
Niacin (as Niacinamide) – Sometimes listed as vitamin B3, studies have shown niacin can increase levels of the hormone leptin which suppresses food intake.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) – This essential nutrient helps speed up the body’s metabolism, while increasing the pancreatic fluids to break down fats in food.
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin, Methylcobalamin, Coenzyme B12) – Like vitamin B6, B12 helps boost the metabolism and breaks down fats and proteins in food so they can be used as energy.
Super HD Nootropic & CNS Support Blend (Caffeine Anhydrous, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Toothed Clubmoss) – Caffeine is a stimulant that has a wealth of benefits, such as increasing energy levels and boosting the body’s metabolism; Tyrosine is an amino acid that increases mood and mental alertness; toothed clubmoss, or huperzine A, promotes memory and cognitive function.
Super HD ThermoSculpting Blend (Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Tuber Fleece Flower Root Extract, And Chinese Mistletoe Stem Extract, Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, Amla Fruit Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Pausinystalia Yohimbe Extract, Red Pepper Fruit, Evodiamine 98%, Rauwolfia Extract) – There is a lot in this blend, but notable camellia sinensis is the plant from which green tea – a known fat burner – is made, while yohimbe is an effective fat burner – although it can cause anxiety, gastrointestinal distress and hypertension. Red pepper gives the body a natural thermogenic boost, while Rhodiola rosea reduces fatigue. Some of the other ingredients have limited research into them, though.
B Vitamin Blend (Niacinamide, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Cyanocobalamin, Methylcobalamin, And Coenzyme B12) – A combination of vitamins to help the body get or process energy from food.

Super HD review conclusions
Cellucor Super HD aims to combine fat burning with increasing mental focus – and overall it works well.
The core of the ingredients have plenty of research behind them to back them up, however the proprietary blend means you can’t see how much you are getting with some like the green tea.
On first analysis it does look like Super HD could be a little underdosed but with three servings recommended once tolerance levels have been assessed, that has more of an impact – although you’d expect that with 480mg of caffeine (160mg per serving).
Personally we would have liked to have seen more tyrosine, while it is worth noting yohimbe can cause side affects for soem people. However the fact it successfully suppresses appetite will appeal to a lot of people.
